Spring Break Staycation at the Museum
Families looking for a fun and creative activity during spring break are invited to the Harbor Springs History Museum for a special Spring Break Staycation event. The event invites children and families to decorate their own seed starter pot and plant a seed to take home. Each child will decorate a pot, fill it with soil, and choose from a variety of seeds including poppies, marigolds, sugar snap peas, and more. Seeds and soil were generously provided by Polly’s Planting & Plucking Garden Center.
The event is open to all and no registration is required. Visitors can also enjoy cookies and coffee while touring the museum or creating crafts. Admission to the event is by donation, supporting the Harbor Springs Area Historical Society and its ongoing mission to preserve and share the history of Harbor Springs.
