Harbor History Talk - Logging in Northern Michigan Print
Thursday, August 20 2009, 7:00pm - 8:30pm

HSAHS welcomes Rob Burg, Site Historian with the Michigan Historical Museum system, to talk about northern Michigan's logging days. Burg, who manages the Hartwick Pines Logging Museum in Grayling, will focus on white pine logging in the late 19th and early 20th century when logging was Michigan's most important industry.
