History Talks

Since 2008, the Historical Society has hosted monthly presentations as part of its Harbor History Talk series, covering topics ranging from logging, passenger pigeons, shipwrecks and local hotels to the Prohibition era. When possible, the talks are recorded and shared through the society’s YouTube page.

In-person presentations take place on the second floor of the Harbor Springs History Museum and include refreshments. Some talks are presented online via Zoom, particularly during the winter months. To sign up for future talks, visit the online events calendar.

To suggest a topic or speaker for the series, please email beth@harborspringshistory.org or call 231-526-9771.
